In your green maths book:
a) Shape revision!
Can you remember the names of the six quadrilaterals? Can you remember what are the features of each one?
The attached document shows you an example of drawing a simple scene using each of the six quadrilaterals (using the squares in your book to help).
i) Copy out the picture shown into your book, and label each of the shapes with the correct name. (They are on the second page if you get stuck with the spelling!)
ii) Create your own idea for a picture in your book using each of the six quadrilaterals and label what each one is.
In your purple writing book:
c) Spelling practice - homophones!
Remember, homophones are words that sound identical, but are spelled differently.
For example: wood and would.
Choose the level you wish to do. Copy down the word given and write down its homophone that is spelled differently.

d) Below is a link to some games to practice homophones. Again, they require Flash player to work.
e) Art. Summer is going to be a little more limited than usual.....but there is plenty of opportunity in Norfolk for water enjoyment! Whether in the sea or in a river!
For today's art, have a go doing this tutorial for drawing an underwater scene.
