Thursday

Picture 1

Hi everyone!

Yesterday was another dull day, but at least it wasn't so wet. I managed to go for a refreshing walk in the afternoon with my children. We stopped under a blossom tree and tried (for ages) to catch the blossom. As it was such a dull day we decided to have a lovely hot meal in the evening, and as a family we decided to cook a roast chicken meal together, each taking responsibility for something. My responsibility was the roast potatoes!

Have you been cooking any meals? Now is a good time to start to think about trying to cook some meals for you and your family, with your parents guidance of course. Why don't you ask a parent to teach you how to cook a meal, and then prepare and create this for them. How great would it be to know how to cook a meal from scratch!

I hope you all enjoy your day today

Miss Barrett

Today’s theme for Thursday is: ‘Thoughtful Thursday’

Today is a day to reflect. Think about what makes you happy? Also think about how you make others happy? What can you do at this time, when lots of things are different, to make sure the people you care about are happy?
