Reception

Welcome to Reception! 

The Reception team are very excited to welcome you all to Millfield Primary School. We are all ready and waiting for your little ones...with lots of lovely new toys, cosy reading corners, whizzy bikes and lively role play areas; but just before we begin, here are a few useful things: 

Please bring every day:

* a bottle full of water. 

* their book bags with their reading book, reading record, sharing  

  together book, pink phonics book and library book, if they've

  borrowed one.

Please bring a PE kit which can be left at school until the half-term holiday, and a spare set of clothes, just in case your little one needs changing.

At the end of the first week of school we will be setting up a Tapestry account for your child. This account will allow you to see all the wonderful activities and learning going on in Reception. In order for you to access this account we will be using the email address which you gave us on your child's enrolment form. If you no longer use this email, please inform your child's teacher as soon as possible, so that Tapestry can send your activation email to the correct email address.
