Meet the Nurture Team

Alison Smith

Role: Nurture Leader


Alison has over 25 years experience working within the school environment. Alison has a range of qualifications including a degree in Childhood studies BA (HONS), Stonebridge Counselling Diploma in Children and Adolescents , Level 3 Forest School Lead Practitioner qualification, Domestic Abuse Change Champion Training, Family Support Process Core Training, Nurtured Heart Certified Trainer and Drawing and Talking Therapy. Alison is a very enthusiastic, empathetic, caring and motivated individual who brings her own style of creativity to the team. 


Hannah Halls

Role: Nurture Support


Hannah has over 15 years experience working within the school environment including Early Years and Nursery. Hannah has a range of qualifications including Level 4 Early Years, a  Montessori Diploma, Intermediate Teaching Assistant Course and teaching music in the school, Domestic Abuse Change Champion and she uses the Nurtured Heart Approach within her sessions. Hannah works very closely with Alison and has spent many months shadowing  sessions and is now able to offer sessions individually and in a group. Hannah brings a great wealth of knowledge and understanding to the team through her own experiences. She is an empathetic, motivated and dedicated team member.


The schools vision is to be able to offer a wider support service to families and children of the school and community. This will include outside agencies, working alongside Norfolk County Council and other organisations.
