Leo has finished his bird feeders - don't they look fantastic! I wonder if any birds will be brave enough (or hungry enough) to fly into the mouths?! I'm sure they will, the bird cakes he has made look scrummy (well, to a bird anyway)!
William has written an amazing story! I absolutely loved reading it - it was very exciting! I was particularly impressed with his use of speech marks, exciting adjectives and awesome adverbs -well done William! In other news, his sunflowers are growing well and he has been busy fixing up a quad bike with his dad. Look out for William on four wheels - beep beep!

Some exciting news from Tegan! Her first butterfly has hatched! They have fed it some banana and sugar water and in a couple of days they are going to set it free! Tegan and her family have been watching their creatures really closely this morning and have seen the butterfly’s tongue! Apparently at first it is 2 long strands which then fuse together to make a tube! Very exciting news Tegan!
Isaac has worked really hard on his story and it's absolutely fantastic! He has used lots of the skills we have been learning over the past few weeks. I spotted conjunctions, speech marks and apostrophes in his story - great work Isaac!
Evie has been doing some outdoor maths today! What a fun way to do your number work! I'm very impressed with her times tables! Evie has also finished making her bird feeder already, doesn't it look fabulous! I wonder if she see any birds flying around it!

Leo has been so busy! He had a go at making the game 'Kaboom' to practise his subtraction skills, and really enjoyed it. He also made a delicious fruit salad and has planted some seeds and bulbs.
