School Bursar

  • Salary – Scale H £23,081-£24,607 actual pa (£26,999-£28,785 FTE)
  • Permanent
  • Part Time
  • 34 hours per week
  • Term Time plus 4 weeks

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to work as part of the strategic leadership team to plan, manage and control the budget, finances and ancillary staffing and services for the school.

The successful candidate should:

  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Have strong skills and experience in financial accounting within a school context
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Have an ability to multi-task
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure
  • Be keen to embrace change and new opportunities

This will be an exciting post for either an experienced Bursar looking to take on a new position, or an enthusiastic and ambitious Finance Officer looking to step-up to the challenges of such a role.
