Cherry Tree Reception Class

Tuesday 14th July 2020

Hello Everyone!  How are you this morning - up and ready for some Joe Wicks?  Yesterday we had a lots of rests - all that activity wore us out!

We hope you enjoyed the first day of The Hungry Caterpillar.  Perhaps you managed to create some lovely patterns on his body?

Did you like the story?  Can you recall what foods he ate?  You may need this information for one of today's activities......

Whatever you get up to Hungry Caterpillar....being active...or gaining new experiences outside - have a lovely day!

It is almost our last week of learning at home in these very unusual times and we wanted to say how proud we are of you!

You have tried your best to keep up with your learning at home in very unusual times - these will have developed your resilience and determination to overcome barriers (that is parents too!), so be proud of what you have achieved!

Enjoy your learning today - you are all stars!

*Remember, you are able to collect a booklet with all worksheets and resources in it if you are struggling to access the activities from home. Please just email us in advance so we can get it printed and sorted for you! We will then let you know when it's ready to be collected from the office!*

Please remember to post on tapestry! It’s important to keep in touch. Remember you can also use our email address –

Please let us know if you would prefer your child's pictures to remain annonymous.

BE SAFE! It is likely that we will be online much more than usual, so it is important to remind children to tell an adult if they see or hear something they don't like - straight away! Please see the page link below and check out Smartie the Penguin!
