Welcome to the Summer term
All of us in Willow class are settling back into our routines and are looking forward to the new term. This term the children will be improving their communication skills. We will be working on listening carefully and improving our understanding through fun activities and games.
As the weather improves we will be spending more time outside in our garden. We have started to plant up our raised beds with potatoes and other vegetables and are using our greenhouse to bring on various seeds sown in pots. We are also learning about what plants need to grow and how to look after them.
Bob the bear.
Bob continues to enjoy visiting you all at home and joining in with all kinds of exciting and interesting activities. He is looking forward to sharing more fun times at home or going out with you on any trips you may make.
You could take him to the shops or out for a walk. He enjoys meeting your friends and families and sharing meals with you. It is great to learn about what you have been up to.
Please make sure that your child's PE kit is in school at all times and children remember to bring in your book bag each day. Adults please use your child's communication book to keep us informed of any relevant information to help us support your child as best we can.
Thank you for all your help and support and don't hesitate to contact us if you wish to discuss any concerns or issues about your child.
